The restaurant’s commitment to sourcing ingredients from their own organic farm and local producers elevated the dining experience to a whole new level. From the moment I stepped into the charming historic inn, the aroma of freshly harvested herbs and vegetables set the stage for a gastronomic adventure. Each dish, crafted with precision and care, was a masterpiece that celebrated the richness of New Mexican agriculture.
